Welcome! I am Ashley, a pelvic floor physical therapist with a passion for helping women achieve optimal pelvic health, and giving them the tools they need to achieve overall well-being.
Here's a bit about me:
PELVIC FLOOR SPECIALIST
I have a doctorate in physical therapy and I have completed advanced education through the American Physical Therapy Association for treating women with pelvic health disorders related to pregnancy, postpartum, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor pain, pain with intercourse, constipation, fecal incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse.
I have received advanced comprehensive training through the guidance of Dr. Kantartiz MD, MS, FACOG, Dr. Stratford MD, MBA, FACOG, and Andrea Levkowitz PT, DPT, at the Woman’s Center of Advanced Pelvic Surgery, where I have worked as the in-house pelvic floor PT for the past three years.
At the Woman’s Center, I, and a team of specialists, work together to treat patients with highly complex cases. My exposure to a multitude of surgeries & case types, as well as my access to unlimited resources, allows me to treat all types of pelvic floor issues with the utmost confidence.
I am deeply committed to this specialized field, integrating the latest research to all treatment plans. Every woman has a different body, different pregnancy/birth, and different experiences with their health. I believe in the power of a personalized approach, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of my patients. With my expertise, training, and acquired knowledge, I am assured that I can assist you with any pelvic floor-related concerns you may be facing.
EDUCATION
I attended Colorado State University where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine in 2015. I then furthered my education at Pacific University in Oregon where I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. Before specializing in Pelvic floor, I worked at an orthopedic sports clinic. My background in orthopedics furthered my ability to treat women with pelvic floor issues.

I currently live in Scottsdale with my husband and golden doodle. I have a deep passion for beauty and wellness; all things from clean eating, exercise, and biohacking for longevity. I love the power of holistic medicine and enjoy sharing all of my remedies with anyone who is interested (check out my Youtube channel). Traveling, reading, thrifting, and cooking with my husband, Ethan, bring me the most joy.
